I woke up to what is possibly the worst feasible situation this morning.

So anyway.
In...  Significantly less - pleasant news, we had a raccoon attack the other night, and lost one duck. Apparently she stuck her head through the wire and it kind of..  Tore it off and stripped it of feathers. Not the nicest way to go, I'm sure. 
One of our males got his eye slashed up pretty bad, but he seems to be doing okay aside from having to turn his head to the good side to see where he's walking. I like to think of it as a badass battle scar. Though I feel bad for him now because no one wants to touch him anymore but me.


We were understandably horribly pissed, and set a raccoon trap last night.


Soooo yeah.  Oh, oh also! flashikins tagged me to do this writing meme because she is a lovely person. ..If you can even read it.  God do I ever pity my teachers.

Uhhh.  Well, I haven't drawn much of interest lately, but I'm sorry I kind of have to share this before I explode with..  Wanting - to - share - this - ness.  Also laughter.

Last night I had a dream that I went to a bookstore and went to the comic book aisle and COULD NOT FIND ANY COMIC BOOKS.  Oh God worst dream ever.  Then a sassy little black kid sexually harassed me but I eventually got back at him by stealing ten dollars from him under the pretense that he stole it from me.  Then I went to school and the senior girls were playing a prank by dressing up as mermaids riding lawnmowers and flashing people. I DID NOT KNOW NIPPLES CAME IN SO MANY DIFFERENT SIZES.

Hey, give me a break. This is the first dream I've woken up remembering in weeks.

That's the title of this email I just found in my spam box. On the inside it says "Shake what your papa gave you." In large pink text. And then a link I'm afraid  to click. 

BUT I AM SO CURIOUSSS.

GUESS WHAT GUESS WHAT.  As many of you probably didn't know, I own four white pekin ducks. We've had them about a year, raised them from sweet widdle ducklings. :> But they have this little duck clique between them and have long ago decided that the humans who feed and shelter them are not eligible for membership. Basically whenever you walk into the pen they won't get within ten feet of you.

But lately one of the boys has been getting brave.  At first we thought he was trying to impress the ladies by pretending to chase us as we walk out of the pen, like "YEAH AND DON'T EVER COME BACK BEEYOTCH". And it was funny because you'd turn around and he'd suddenly stop and act like he wasn't doing anything. Awwww. But the other day when I went out to feed them, he was hanging around me like a dog.  Still keeping some distance, but it was like he was trying to be friendly.  And then he tried to follow me up the deck stairs. AWWWWWWW. AWWWWWWWWWWWWW.

So yeah just ignore me gushing about how cute my ducks are. ANYWAY, DRAWINGS.

So I took the ACT test today.  They made me sign an agreement not to tell anyone about it but I think I'm allowed to say that THE SCIENCE SECTION IS RIDICULOUSLY HARD. Also there was this one guy there wearing those little clog girl shoes with the cork on the bottom.  He..  Actually looked rather dapper in them.

IIIITTTT'S FRIIIIDAAAYYYYYY. You know what that means!  That's right, nothing in particular.

Oh my crap, it rained a lot today.  And the worms..  The worms are HUGE.  Like, eight inches long. I've never seen them this big any other spring.  How nature lets this happen I don't know, but I for one welcome our new worm overlords.



I basically just came home today and camped out by the scanner. THIS IS HOW MUCH I LOVE YOU, INTERNET. HERE HAVE SOME PENCIL SKETCHES LACKING IN EFFORT.
